• New titles released on the 15th of the previous month (Ex. June 15th).
• Pick your book and add-ons before the 1st of the following month (Ex. July 1st).
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to your account
2. Click the purple "Pick My Book" button
3. Find the book you want and click "+ Add"
Hint: You might need to refresh your page after picking your book to see it in your subscription.

Frequently Asked Questions
We strive to ship boxes towards the end of each month.
You can check the status of out shipping on the Shipping Updates Status page.
All orders are shipped out the last week of each month.
For ex. April boxes will ship the last week of April. If you preorder a box for a future month, like May, then your box will ship the last week of May.
Once received by USPS you should receive in it 3-5 business days.

Between the 15th and 1st of each month, log in to your account and head to your upcoming subscription or click any of the "Pick Your Book" purple buttons.
From there, you will see the books you can add. Click the "+ Add" button below the book you want to pick.
You may need to refresh the page once complete to see the book pick appear in your subscription.
All subscriptions are charged on the 1st of each month. If you would like to make a cancellation or skip a month, please do so on prior to that.
Absolutely! Just log into your account and select the "skip" option before the 1st.
Any skips made on the 1st or after will not be applied until the following billing cycle.
We provide unlimited skips to all subscriptions.
